Monday was another cool showery day at our Bolehill Farm cottages (see here). Two departures and two arrivals and one cleaner here. Usual Monday routine and after checking cottages caught up with some WI accounts.  Also had someone come to give us a quote for replacing the kitchen in Dove.  First cottage arrived at 4.30, they have been before and second one arrived about 6pm.  Should have gone to the first indoor bowls session at the Village Hall but that was cancelled.  Tuesday was a bit milder.  One departure but no arrivals.  I headed over to Buxton for a few hours and at one point the sky was so dark I thought there would be a storm but there was just a light shower. When we have a number of returning guests we always spend some time chatting within our guests which we enjoy. Wednesday was another at home day. Used the time to do some house work and jobs in vacant cottages and one cleaner up to keep up with cleaning.  After a misty start the rain appeared on time at lunchtime but by late afternoon had passed over and we even saw some glimpses of sunshine.  At least some milder weather is on its way.
